Facilities Rental
Curtis Institute of Music offers a variety of spaces that are available to rent for many different types of events. Whether you are looking for an event or meeting space, to host luncheons, holiday parties, or other special celebrations, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Gould Rehearsal Hall
Gould Rehearsal Hall is our most spacious hall, featuring 2,806 square feet of space. Gould can hold 195 people and is a perfect space for banquets and galas, and sit-down or buffet dinner events.

Locks Board Room
Locks Board Room is a great space for small function use. With 820 square feet of space, Locks can hold 50-60 people, making it a perfect fit for a meeting with some coffee and snacks, a private dinner or celebration, or any type of small function.

Field Concert Hall
Field Concert Hall is our second-largest hall, but features the largest capacity at Curtis. This iconic hall is where most of Curtis’s concerts and masterclasses are held. It can be used for a variety of functions, including celebrations, sit-down or buffet dinners, or any type of special event. Field boasts 1,325 square feet of space and can hold 234 people.

Bok Board Room
Bok Board Room is our smallest space, though it offers incredible historic beauty. With 605 square feet of space, Bok Board Room can hold a maximum of 45 people. It is best used for seated dinner events and receptions.

Practice Rooms
Practice rooms differ in size but all are soundproofed to provide privacy. Some practice rooms are equipped with pianos and some of the larger rooms can fit upwards of 6 people.

Dannenbaum Terrace
The Dannenbaum Terrace, located on the 5th floor of 1616 Locust St., is a beautiful outdoor space. With 1,885 square feet of space, the Terrace can hold up to 130 people.
Any special event can be held on the Terrace, weather permitting. The Terrace is available between June and August.
