Christine J. Lee is an accomplished and versatile artist of her generation, with a reputation for inexhaustible curiosity and exceptional talent. As a soloist and chamber musician, Ms. Lee has garnered widespread praise and recognition, including her recent selection as the newest female member of the Boston Symphony Orchestra.

Ms. Lee’s success in international competitions, including the Isang Yun and Queen Elisabeth Competitions, have cemented her place as a rising star in the classical music world. Ms. Lee’s debut album, Voyage, released by Outhere Records in May 2021, showcases her artistic range and ability to create bridges between cultures.

As an advocate for classical music’s relevance in society, Ms. Lee has taken on several projects to engage audiences and fellow musicians. She hosts the Christine’s Notes series on YouTube, as well as a bi-weekly live interview series on Instagram with her peers. In response to the pandemic, she launched the We’ve Got Your Bach project, bringing music and comfort to those affected by the pandemic and providing a platform for musicians to continue performing.

In addition to her artistic pursuits, Ms. Lee is a dedicated educator who shares her love of music with students of all ages through private lessons, masterclasses, and lecture recitals. Ms. Lee’s commitment to social responsibility as a core component of her artistic vision is also reflected in her charitable endeavors, such as her fundraising efforts to build a mobile library for underprivileged children in North Philadelphia and her organization of fundraising concerts to support earthquake relief efforts in Turkey and aid those affected by the conflict in Ukraine.
