Curtis Trombone Student Robert Conquer Receives 2022 Michael-Measures Award

Trombonist receives honor from the Canada Council for the Arts

Award-winning trombonist Robert Conquer has quickly established himself as one of Canada’s top young musicians. The Curtis student from Scarborough, Ontario, recently received the 2022 Michael-Measures Award, alongside flutist Arin Sarkissian of Toronto, Ontario. Robert and Arin received these prestigious awards on July 25 at the National Youth Orchestra of Canada concert, organized as part of the Ottawa Chamberfest.
