Curtis’s innovative Immersive Scheherazade multimedia production places the listener in the middle of Rimsky-Korsakov’s score. David Patrick Stearns sat in on the filming, which involved 26 cameras, 48 microphones, and the 80-member Curtis Symphony Orchestra.
