Hungry for a chance to perform and a renewed sense of community amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Miles Davis (Double Bass ’74) turned his Philadelphia block into a safe concert space for neighbors and friends, reports WHYY in a recent story. Mr. Davis works as a professional bassist and plays with the Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia, Opera Philadelphia, and the Santa Fe Opera, among other ensembles.
