This recital is presented as a Conductorless Project.
Curtis Institute of Music students perform over 100 free recitals during the school year, held on most Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings. Admission requires advance registration and is complimentary.

About the Artists
Pengyu Bao, from Seattle, studying timpani and percussion with Ji Su Jung, Don Liuzzi, and Eric Millstein, is the Felix Meyer Fellow and entered Curtis in 2023.
Maxence Dauriat, from Combs-la-Ville, France, studying timpani and percussion with Ji Su Jung, Don Liuzzi, and Eric Millstein, is the Richard A. Doran Fellow and entered Curtis in 2023.
Rubén Acuña González, from Tampico, Mexico, studying timpani and percussion with Ji Su Jung, Don Liuzzi, and Eric Millstein, is an Edwin B. Garrigues Fellow and entered Curtis in 2024.
Xiang Ni, from Jiangsu, China, studying timpani and percussion with Ji Su Jung, Don Liuzzi, and Eric Millstein, is a Curtis Institute of Music Fellow and entered Curtis in 2023.
Zachary Thomas, from Tucson, Ariz., studying timpani and percussion with Ji Su Jung, Don Liuzzi, and Eric Millstein, is the J. Oliver Lewis Memorial Fellow and entered Curtis in 2022.
