Sumin Kim, violin
Sumin Kim performs a recital featuring classical, impressionist, and modern works. Her performance opens with a Mozart fantasie and Debussy sonata, continues with two Sarasate works, and concludes with a Bowen sonata.

About the Performers
Sumin Kim, from Seoul, entered the Curtis Institute of Music in 2017 and studied violin with Midori. All students at Curtis receive merit-based, full-tuition scholarships, and Ms. Kim is held the Milka Violin Artist Fellowship from 2020-21.
Ms. Kim began studying the violin at age four and previously attended the New School’s Mannes School of Music. In her spare time, she enjoys embroidery, cooking, and taking care of her dog.
