Student Recital
Join us for an evening of chamber music featuring works by Johannes Brahms and Felix Mendelssohn. Yizilin Liang opens the program with Brahms Sonata in E-flat major, with Jenny Chen, piano. The program continues with Mendelssohn’s Konzertstück No. 1 and 2, featuring Sara Han, Simon Bakos, and Jenny Chen. The final piece on the program is Mendelssohn Quartet No. 4 in E minor, featuring Dany Yehun Jin, Haram Kim, Chih-Ta Chen, and Sai Sai Ding.

Simon Bakos, from Mason, Ohio, is a student of Anthony McGill and entered Curtis in 2020.
Chih-Ta Chen, from Kaohsiung, Taiwan, is a student of Roberto Díaz and Ed Gazouleas, and entered Curtis in 2019.
Sai Sai Ding, from Shanghai, is a student of Gary Hoffman and Peter Wiley, and entered Curtis in 2019.
Sara Han, from Seoul, is a student of Anthony McGill and entered Curtis in 2017.
Danny Yehun Jin, from Seoul, is a student of Ida Kavafian and entered Curtis in 2013.
Haram Kim, from Seoul, is a student of Shmuel Ashkenasi and Ida Kavafian, and entered Curtis in 2016.
Yizilin Liang, from Zhejiang, China, is a student of Roberto Díaz and Ed Gazouleas, and entered Curtis in 2020.
