About the Artists

Bade Dastan, from Turkey, studying violin with Shmuel Ashkenasi, is a Jill and Sheldon Bonovitz Fellow and entered Curtis in 2024.

Audrey Goodner, from Reston, Va., studying violin with Benjamin Beilman, is the Boris Kyrulik Memorial Fellow and entered Curtis in 2024.

Hanna Jang, from Goyang-si, Korea, studying viola with Roberto Díaz and Edward Gazouleas, is a Jean J. Sterne Fellow and entered Curtis in 2025.

Jonah Kernis, from New York City, studying cello with Yumi Kendall and Peter Wiley, is the Charles and Judith Freyer Fellow and entered Curtis in 2025.
