Curtis Institute of Music students perform over 100 free recitals during the school year, held on most Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings. Admission requires advance registration and is complimentary.

About the Performers

Daniel Carroll, from Hamilton, Va., a student of Alan Morrison, is a Curtis Institute of Music Fellow and entered Curtis in 2023 

Alexandra Cooreman, from Brussels, Belgium, a student of Ida Kavafian, is the Milka Violin Artist Fellow and entered Curtis in 2021.   

Yiyang Hou, from Shanghai, a student of Ida Kavafian and Benjamin Beilman, is the Herbert R. and Evelyn Axelrod Fellow and entered Curtis in 2022.   

Ben Price, from Portland, Ore., a student of Katherine Needleman and Philippe Tondre, is the Anderson and Daria Pew Fellow and entered Curtis in 2022.    

Oliver Talukder, from Glenview, Ill., a student of Katherine Needleman and Philippe Tondre, is the William S. Mulherin and Joseph F. Baker Fellow and entered Curtis in 2020
