Curtis Institute of Music students perform over 100 free recitals during the school year, held on most Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings. Admission is complimentary.

    Sarah Palmer, from New York City, a student of Alan Morrison, is the Stephanie Yen-Mun Liem Azar Fellow and entered Curtis in 2023

    Daniel Carroll, from Hamilton, Va., a student of Alan Morrison, is the William S. Mulherin and Joseph F. Baker Fellow and entered Curtis in 2023 

  • Isabella Isza Wu Organ

    A native of Madison, WI, Isabella Isza Wu is the Charles and Judith Freyer Fellow at the Curtis Institute of Music, where she is pursuing her master’s degree in Organ Performance. Isza currently serves as an assistant organist at Macy’s Wanamaker Organ, the largest fully functioning organ in the world; and as the organ scholar at St. Clement’s Episcopal Church in Philadelphia.

    Isza has been featured soloist at several venues, including Longwood Gardens, Ocean Grove Auditorium (NJ), Overture Hall (Madison WI), St. Luke’s Episcopal Church and Alice Millar Chapel (Evanston IL), and Christ Church (Philadelphia).  This past year, Isza played for the opening worship service of the 2023 AGO Midwest Regional Convention. Isza is a student of Alan Morrison at Curtis, where she also studies harpsichord with Leon Schelhase, and improvisation with Jeffrey Brillhart.

    Andy Brown, from Silver Spring, Md., a student of Alan Morrison, is the Mrs. Cary William Bok Fellow and entered Curtis in 2023
