About the Artists
Diego Peña, from Southlake, Texas, studying bassoon with Julia Harguindey and Daniel Matsukawa, is the Lester Henry Grundy Fellow and entered Curtis in 2022.
Bade Dastan, from Waterloo, Belgium, studying violin with Shmuel Ashkenasi and Pamela Frank, is a Jill and Sheldon Bonovitz Fellow and entered Curtis in 2024.
Yunji Jang, from Seoul, studying viola with Misha Amory and Hsin-Yun Huang, is the Dorothy J. del Bueno Fellow and entered Curtis in 2024.
Ania Lewis (’25), from Cleveland, studying cello with Nicholas Canellakis, Yumi Kendall, Christine Lee, and Peter Wiley, is the Gie and Lisa Liem Fellow and first entered Curtis in 2021.
Delvan Lin, from Auckland, New Zealand, studying piano with Michelle Cann, is the Karolyn Kirksey Holler Fellow and entered Curtis in 2023.
