Celebrating Wellness Day at Curtis

Learn how the Curtis community promotes health and wellness with this dedicated bi-annual day.

At Curtis, we believe in developing the full person—which means focusing on students’ health and wellbeing is essential. That’s why, each semester, we host Wellness Day, a special Student Life event that promotes positive mental, physical, and emotional health. Held on April 24, this spring’s event included:

  • Rittenhouse 5K Fun Run
  • Financial literacy workshop
  • Wellness fair with resources for health and stress management
  • Red Cross blood drive, and
  • A student-led Zumba class

The day is dedicated to the memory of former student Louisa Womack.
