Curtis Institute of Music students perform over 100 free recitals during the school year, held on most Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings. Admission requires advance registration and is complimentary.

About the Artists
Yiyang Hou, from Shanghai, studying violin with Benjamin Beilman and Ida Kavafian, is the Herbert R. and Evelyn Axelrod Fellow and entered Curtis in 2022.
Jonah Kernis, from New York City, studying cello with Nicholas Canellakis, Yumi Kendall, Christine Lee, and Peter Wiley, is the Charles and Judith Freyer Fellow and entered Curtis in 2025.
Sooeon Kim, from Korea, studying violin with Shmuel Ashkenasi and Pamela Frank, is the Martin and Sarah Taylor Fellow and entered Curtis in 2022.
Dillon Scott, from Lansdale, Pa., studying viola with Roberto Díaz and Edward Gazouleas, is the Mark E. Rubenstein Fellow and entered Curtis in 2022.
Nachuan Tao, from Xiamen, China, studying piano with Ignat Solzhenitsyn, is the Gerry and Marguerite Lenfest Fellow in Piano and entered Curtis in 2022.
Adrian Zaragoza, from Davis, Calif., studying piano with Michelle Cann, is the William A. Horn, M.D. Fellow and entered Curtis in 2022.
Eugene Zhang, from Toronto, studying double bass with Edgar Meyer and Hal Robinson, is the Albert M. Greenfield Fellow and entered Curtis in 2025.
