Philadelphia Performances for Autism
Join Curtis students and alumna Arlen Hlusko (Cello ’15, Artist Year ’16) for a free, sensory-friendly exploration of classical chamber music, designed for the whole family to enjoy.
This concert is a partnership between Philadelphia Performances for Autism and Curtis Institute of Music, in which Curtis students learn how to develop sensory-friendly performances and offer interactive performances in community spaces.
Modifications for this concert include:
- Relaxed house rules
- Reduced volume and lighting levels
- Extra space for movement
- Noise-reduction headphones and fidget toys are available
- Designated quiet area with coloring materials
