Member Tickets

When you choose to subscribe, you receive member only-benefits.  Curtis members receive the earliest access to ticket sales at the highest discount. Learn more about Curtis member benefits.

Subscriptions

We reward subscriber loyalty—with early access to reserve the best seats, discounts on tickets, the right of first refusal on keeping your seats every year, free ticket exchanges, and no fees.  Learn more about subscriber benefits.

Ticket Delivery

Tickets are typically mailed within two weeks of placing an order. Tickets purchased less than a week in advance of a performance will be held at the Patron Services table at the venue beginning one hour prior to the performance.

Lost or Misplaced Tickets

If you lose your subscription, Curtis Presents, or Family Concert tickets, contact Curtis Patron Services at (215) 893-7902 or tickets@curtis.edu to arrange for replacement tickets at no cost. If you lose tickets purchased from the Kimmel Center Box Office or the Opera Philadelphia Guest Services Office, please contact those organizations directly.

Student Tickets

The Curtis Institute of Music offers $10 student tickets to all Curtis Symphony Orchestra performances, Curtis Presents recitals, and select Curtis Opera Theatre productions.

Curtis Symphony Orchestra concerts: Tickets may be purchased at any time at the Kimmel Center Box Office. Must present valid student ID; one ticket per person.

Curtis Presents recitals: Tickets may be purchased at the Patron Services table beginning one hour prior to each Curtis Presents recital. Must present valid student ID; one ticket per person.

Group Sales

Groups of ten or more are eligible for deep discounts to most Curtis Institute of Music performances! Contact Patron Services at (215) 893-7902 or e-mail tickets@curtis.edu to learn more.

Inclement Weather Policy

The Curtis Institute of Music is committed to honoring its performance schedule. Whenever possible, performances will proceed as scheduled despite weather conditions and traffic delays. It is rare for a performance to be canceled due to inclement weather. However, in such an event we will post information on our website, social media, and phone line; and we will make every effort to contact all affected ticket holders. If a performance is still scheduled, but inclement weather makes it impossible for you to attend, please contact Curtis Patron Services at (215) 893-7902. Our patron services manager will help you consider your options. Tickets are non-refundable.
