On average, 20 to 30 percent of audience members do not show up on the day of the performance—that equals hundreds of empty seats in our venues! We always aim to have the fullest house possible for our performers and would greatly appreciate your help. If you are unable to find someone else to use your tickets, please return your tickets to the Patron Services office, the Kimmel Center box office, or the Prince Theater box office with as much notice as possible, so we can offer your seats to others. Curtis subscription ticket holders may return tickets to the Patron Services office for a donation credit. Thank you for your help in this matter.
