Ms. Kreston, a 1993 graduate of Curtis and acclaimed violin instructor, uses technology to connect with students in quarantined areas of China.


Anthea Kreston (Violin ’93) is helping to make the best of a health crisis for her students in China. An article with accompanying video from the New York Times tells how Ms. Kreston has ramped up virtual lessons with a young student in China while his hometown works to combat the spread of the coronavirus. An avid educator, Ms. Kreston has previously served on the faculty at Curtis Summerfest.
