Midori Receives 2020 Brahms Prize

Midori is the Dorothy Richard Starling Chair in Violin Studies at Curtis

International soloist and educator Midori has been awarded the 2020 Brahms Prize. This prestigious award is given to “renowned artists or respected institutions that have made a special contribution to the work of Johannes Brahms or to promoting young musical talent.” Midori joined the violin and career studies faculty in 2018. She is the Dorothy Richard Starling Chair in Violin Studies.
