The Curtis Institute of Music’s iconic Student Recital Series returns to the stage for a vibrant season of performances. Curtis hosts a variety of chamber, ensemble and graduation recitals this spring. Admission requires advance reservation and is complimentary. Please note: Performance programs are subject to last-minute changes and cancellations.

Karisa Chiu, from Palatine, Ill., is a student of Ida Kavafian and entered Curtis in 2017.

Matthew Christakos, from Toronto, is a student of Gary Hoffman and Peter Wiley, and entered Curtis in 2019.

Sofia Gilchenok, from Columbia, Conn., is a student of Hsin-Yun Huang and entered Curtis in 2019.

Jack Kessler, from Miami, Fla., is a student of Roberto Díaz and Ed Gazouleas, and entered Curtis in 2019.

Jiyeon Kim, from Seongnam, Korea, is a student of Gary Hoffman and Peter Wiley, and entered Curtis in 2019.

Emma Carina Meinrenken, from Toronto, is a student of Ida Kavafian and entered Curtis in 2017.

Nygel Witherspoon, from Minneapolis, Minn., is a student of Peter Wiley and entered Curtis in 2019.
