Curtis celebrates the centenary of the renowned Isaac Stern, who generously shared his artistry with Curtis students. Conductor Michael Stern, son of the late violinist, and violin faculty Pamela Frank pay homage to the musical giant who helped to shape the musical landscape for a generation. Their tribute features Beethoven’s noble, virtuosic Violin Concerto in D major.
