The Curtis Institute of Music on Philadelphia's Rittenhouse Square occupies stately mansions that pair 19th-century charm with 21st-century amenities. They have a distinguished architectural history.  A block away, the new Lenfest Hall, which opened in September 2011, offers a mangificent rehearsal hall, teaching studios, classrooms, and practice rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology, dining facilities and residence facilities.
