Dining is an important part of a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle. Gould Dining Hall at the Curtis Institute of Music always offers great options, including fresh fruit and hand-cut fresh vegetables at every meal. In our kitchen we make everything from scratch using fresh ingredients.
For breakfast we offer a continental breakfast, including: yogurt, fresh sliced fruit, cottage cheese, pastries, bagels, and cereal. We also offer a made-to-order hot breakfast with bacon, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, pancakes, french toast, eggs, and omelets.
For lunch, on the hot line you can enjoy a meat entrée, vegetarian entrée, starch, rice, and fresh vegetables. We also have a grill station with hamburgers, chicken breasts, chicken burgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, french fries, and house-made pizza. We also offer a made-to-order deli sandwich station and a fresh salad bar with fifteen toppings and four different dressings. Available at all meals are sodas, juices, coffee, milk, tea, fresh fruit, cereal, and (of course) dessert.
For dinner we offer an action station, such as stir-fry, or a pasta station with customizable options for vegetarians or meat lovers. We also have the hot line, salad bar, fresh fruit, waffle station, and dessert.
We indicate which options are vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free, and are always available to accommodate allergies or diet restrictions for guests.
