Required Immunizations
Students are required to provide records of their immunizations. As part of your admission packet, you receive a prematriculation health form that must be completed by your health care provider before you can finalize the course registration process. All students must have the following immunizations:
- Tetanus-Diphtheria Booster
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
- Tuberculosis PPD
- Hepatitis B
- Chicken Pox (varicella)
- Polio
- Meningoccus (required by Pennsylvania state law for all students in Curtis housing)
The following are recommended for all students by not required:
- Hepatitis A
- Meningococcus
Any student who is injured or feels ill should contact either Thomas Bandar or Laurel Grady, (215) 717-3165. If this is not during work hours, you should go to the University of Pennsylvania Student Health Service located at 3535 Maket Steet, Suite 100, (215) 746-3535, or go to the University of Pennsylvania Emergency Room.
