Curtis Institute of Music

Field Concert Hall

Seating - Wheelchair-accessible seat locations are available in the front of Field Concert Hall. Please call (215) 893-5252 to alert staff so we can assist you properly.

Entrances - Wheelchair accessible from the entrance at 1724 Locust Street. Entrance is at sidewalk level (no steps). You will need to call the guard (215) 893-5252 or press the handicap button to the right of the doors at 1724 Locust to have a staff member assist you inside and onto the lift.

Lift - A wheelchair-accessible lift at the 1724 Locust Street entrance will get patrons into Field Concert Hall and can be used to get onto the main floor to access the bathroom and Gary and Naomi Graffman Common Room.

Restrooms - An ADA-compliant restroom is available on the first floor, accessible to patrons from the lift located near the 1724 Locust Street entrance. Please ask staff for assistance.

Curtis Opera Studio

The Curtis Opera Studio is located on the third floor at 1726 Locust Street. There is an elevator but patrons still need to walk down five steps and then up another four to get to the studio.

Entrances - accessible from the main entrance at 1726 Locust Street. Entrance requires patron to walk up ten steps and open a heavy door. Please call the guard's desk at (215) 893-5252 if you need assistance.

Elevator - An elevator is available on the first floor of the 1726 Locust Street entrance. Please call (215) 893-5252 to alert staff so we can assist you properly.

Restrooms - Public restrooms are available on the second floor (women), third floor (men), in the basement(men's and women's) and on the first floor for those who can't access the other floors. Please ask staff for assistance.

Elevator - A wheelchair-accessible elevator at the 1616 Locust Street entrance will get patrons into Gould Rehearsal Hall.

Restrooms - An ADA-compliant restroom is available on the first floor, accessible to patrons from the 1616 Locust Street entrance. Please see guard after you enter the building.
