Alumni Relations Office Welcome, Curtis alumni! Through this site, you can register for your own alumni e-mail account, order transcripts, submit a news item for Overtones, make a gift to Curtis, or visit the Curtis school store. Please let us know of any other ways we can help to keep you connected with fellow alumni and Curtis. The Alumni Relations Office encourages interaction among alumni, students and Curtis. It maintains alumni records, produces the Alumni Recital Series, and sponsors regional alumni gatherings, in addition to facilitating contacts between alumni and current students. Renowned Pianist Pianist Leon McCawley celebrates two milestone anniversaries, Samuel Barber's centenary and Chopin's bicentenary, with a free recital at the Curtis Institute of Music on Tuesday, March 16 at 8 p.m. The performance is free and no tickets are required. His program traces Chopin's distinct influence on Barber's piano writing, while highlighting both composers' keen interest in the musical styles and idioms of their homelands and their respect for classical forms and structures.
