Alumni who live within approximately a 50-mile radius may have borrowing privileges for the John de Lancie Library in the Milton L. Rock Resource Center with a deposit of $100. For borrowers who move out of the area, library deposits are refunded when all materials have been returned and all fines paid.

Borrowed scores and books are subject to immediate recall if needed by current students.
Returns must be made to the library circulation desk during library hours.
Overdue materials incur a fine of $.25 per item, per day. Days on which the library is closed are not counted when computing fines. Notices are emailed monthly for three months. Thereafter materials are considered lost; full replacement value, including binding fee of $15, is charged.
The library must be notified of changes of address, email address, and contact numbers.
All alumni are permitted to use library materials on site. The library provides a public scanning/printing station at no cost. Copies of student recitals are held on site: alumni are permitted to make copies of recitals in which they performed.
