The Alumni Community

Total number of alumni: 3,939

  • Over the past five years, an average of forty-two students have graduated from Curtis annually.

 

Number of living alumni: 2,830

  • Alumni reside in forty-six states (plus Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico) and forty-one countries.

 

Number of majors throughout Curtis’s history: 29

  • Curtis currently offers only one master’s degree program—in Opera.

 

Number of commencement ceremonies: 78

  • Curtis’s first graduation ceremony was May 22, 1934, ten years after the establishment of the school. All alumni were invited back to attend. In all, more than seventy participants were recognized, including thirty-four current graduating students and many who had previously earned their diplomas.
