Share responsibility for organizing and staffing the Office of Curtis Summerfest and implement seamless and customer-focused operations.
In close consultation with Curtis staff, create strategy and recruit applicants to the summerfest programs from diverse backgrounds in regards to race, religion, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, or gender identity.
Serve as primary liaison in communications with inquiries and applicants via phone and email; share responsibilities with SM regarding program participant communications with regards to information distribution, onboarding, payment, housing, schedule, etc.; Maintain database for summerfest contacts and records.
Create excellent written program resources for participants and faculty including schedules, information packets, etc.
Serve as on-site resource during all summer programs; assist in operations of programs as needed.
Along with the SM and Digital Content Producer, maintain the Curtis Summerfest web presence with frequent, fresh, engaging, and informative content.
Maintain cross-promotional relationships with artists and other arts organizations, as they relate to Summerfest.
Alongside the Director of Marketing and as required, contribute creatively to strategic and practical aspects of Curtis Summerfest’s online and print advertising.
